To found a medieval city, one would typically start by selecting a suitable location, such as near a water source or along a trade route. Next, a charter or official document would need to be obtained from a ruling authority, granting permission to establish the city. A plan for the layout of the city, including streets, buildings, and fortifications, would then be developed. Finally, settlers would be attracted to the area through incentives such as land grants, tax exemptions, or promises of protection. Over time, the city would grow and develop into a thriving medieval urban center. **
